Avoid Back Pains
Back pain is a pain felt in the back that is usually originates from muscles, nerves, joints and other structure in the spinal cord. It is common especially with increasing age. It can happen quickly and take a long time to heal. It is possible to avoid some types of back pain by understanding what causing it and preventing them to happen.
What Causes Back Pain
- Bad posture is the most causes of back pains.
- People that bend their knees and move their torsos forward. This can amplify the inward curve of the spine that leads to back pain. This is often experience by people that wear high heels.
- Combination of Lack of exercise and stress. Lack of exercise weakens the muscles of the body. While stress can lead to muscle tension that causes muscle to spasm.
- Obesity. Obese people have difficulty to maintain proper posture, and the weight puts extreme pressure on the back.
- Improper lifting of heavy things/objects.
The things that you can do to avoid back pains is to avoid doing these things. In lifting, it is important that you lift with your legs not with your back. This will keep you from putting pressure to the spine. Research on back exercises, there are a lot of them you could find and create a routine in doing those exercises. Back exercises strengthens the muscle in your back.

Eating a healthy diet is also important. Eat fruits and vegetables and not too much of those fatty foods that could make you gain weight rapidly. Enroll yourself to yoga class if you have the time for it helps you with reflexes of the muscles. Having a healthy living is the best way to fight pains such as back pains. Having enough rest, daily exercise and healthy diet helps you a to avoid not only back pains but as well as other diseases that you may acquire.
